a-p-a.net this lists a lot of the main post production/ production companys. There are catagories you can see which is which...animation, editing, etc.. check job vacancys...this is not well known its kind of an insiders bit of knowledge.

check shooting people .com ? I was told about this one people post what they need and you supply it, its not free though

mandy.com usually they post freeby jobs they will have the odd post house advertising jobs.

motionographer apparrently have good jobs listed.
